We’ve been offering Ideal Protein products and coaching since 2011, and our story started with one person’s transformation.
In 2011, Zan lost 50 lbs on the Ideal Protein protocol after years of trying everything else: yoga, running, bootcamps, programs, “eating healthy,” and still feeling stuck. With the right support, a clear structure, balanced protein foods, and no constant hunger, everything finally clicked. That experience shaped the foundation of Vital Body.
Since 2011, Em and I have run Vital Body together as certified Ideal Protein coaches in Canada, offering a weight loss and wellness practice focused on 1:1, personalized support.
We have helped thousands of people shed unwanted weight. Every client is different, and we make sure each person has the guidance and tools that actually work for them.
Why the Ideal Protein Protocol
We didn’t try a dozen different approaches before landing here. We found Ideal Protein, it worked, and we never looked back. That was 2011. We’ve been coaching it consistently ever since.
What keeps us committed to this protocol is simple. It works. It’s medically developed, it’s structured without being rigid, and it teaches your body how to regulate blood sugar and hunger in a way that lasts well beyond the weight loss itself.
